In compliance with Google Play Developer policy, users may request the permanent deletion of their Book Your Vibe customer account and associated personal data at any time via this form or through the mobile app.
What data will be deleted?
- •Profile Data: Name, email address, phone number, and avatar image.
- •Authentication: Passwords, session tokens, and linked Google sign-in credentials.
- •Preferences: Favorite sports, venues, and notification preferences.
What data may be retained?
Certain past transaction and invoicing records (such as completed court bookings and payments) may be anonymized and retained for a statutory period to comply with applicable tax, financial audit, and legal obligations.
